Head of I.T. Project Management & Business Partnerships (Shared Services for Museums) Gov’t Entity

A prestigious Abu Dhabi client seeks a new Head of IT and business Partnerships for their Shared Services in the Museums sector.

As the Head of IT and Business Partnerships in the Shared Services for Museums, your main job is to manage relationships with business partners and vendors to achieve the unit's goals. You'll lead technology projects across the museums, aiming to connect technology and business. You'll also provide guidance and oversee project execution.

In terms of Project Management, you'll create and follow technology project processes and guidelines. You'll ensure projects meet standards and provide advice to mitigate risks and find solutions.

For Vendor Management, you'll identify, develop, and manage vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective technology solutions. You'll monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain compliance with departmental standards.

In the realm of people management, the role involves leading the team to meet their goals, develop talent, and uphold the organization's values and ethics.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required
· A minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
· Proficiency in professional English is essential.
· Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
· Strong competence in relevant software applications.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
· Proficiency in managing complex IT projects from start to finish.
