1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales teams to drive revenue growth and market share in the assigned territory or product categories.
   Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
   Provide guidance and mentorship to regional sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
   
2. Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans, expanding customer base, and identifying new business opportunities.
   Optimize pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies to maximize revenue.
   
3. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

   Develop and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer demands.
