Housekeeper

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standard

• Follow hotel procedures for daily cleaning and deep cleaning routines

• Report any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly

• Handle laundry, linen replacement, and room supplies efficiently

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel hygiene standards

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized service to VIP guests with utmost discretion and professionalism

• Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, unpacking, and itinerary planning

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, preferences, and special requests

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy at all times

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar VIP service role at a luxury property or private estate

• Strong knowledge of hospitality etiquette and fine service protocol

• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance

• Certified butler training or hospitality certification is preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
