Advise on organization development, planning, process and program management. Measure HR contribution to business performance. Provide Consulting to the Divisions as needed.
o Ensure that HC planning is in line with the business objectives.
o Perform HR activities from hire to retire, e.g. recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, development, promotion, disciplinary measures, and termination.
o Implement the HR Corporate Requirements locally as Company Requirements and ensure their compliance with the local law and regulations.
o Ensure company compliance with the local labor law.
o Implement and ensure the proper application of the performance management system, incl. performance improvement planning.
o Establish and maintain employment data and records, including training records.
o Ensure operational excellence and legal compliance of HR services in collaboration with the Hub, e.g. payroll to ensure that monthly employee and organizational data is updated before the cut-off date.
o Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment and recommend needed changes.
o Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
o Assist in mediation and resolution of workplace conflicts.
