As an HR, you will be responsible for supporting the team with day-to-day HR responsibilities and assisting in the recruitment cycle as well as providing Administrative Support.

• Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
• Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
• Draft contracts and letters.
• Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
• Working on End-to-End recruitment
• Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
• Collaborate with the CEO to systematically manage the business’s HR policy
• Scheduling online or in-person interviews.
• Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process.
• Performing candidate background checks and handling any paperwork activities.
• Sending out acceptance or rejection emails to candidates.
• Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
