This internship offers the chance to work for high-profile Banks within UAE, develop practical skills, and potentially secure a full-time position after three months

• Conduct pre-assessment calls and in-person interviews
• Support On-boarding team for boarding, documentation of the selected candidates
• sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company's hiring goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of open positions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Prepare interview questions and assessments based on job requirements
• Extend job offers to selected candidates, and coordinate with HR for contract preparation.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback.
