Partner with business leaders to understand and anticipate workforce needs, crafting proactive HR solutions that drive business objectives.
Provide strategic HR guidance, coaching, and support to management on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
Lead and execute HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and legal compliance, including compensation and benefits.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend data-driven solutions for improved organizational performance.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
Oversee the talent acquisition process, partnering with recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations.
Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
