- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety practices
- Organize and deliver HSE training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures.
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits at offices, workshops, and project sites to identify hazards related to fire protection equipment installation, servicing, and storage.
