Design & Planning

• Develop all types of HVAC system drawings, including cooling load calculations, as per site requirements and applicable local regulations/standards.
• Select appropriate HVAC equipment and prepare detailed system specifications.
• Design and review electrical drawings associated with HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to required approvals.

Collaboration

• Work closely with architects, construction project managers, and other engineers to integrate and optimize HVAC systems in building designs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement and installation.

Implementation & Maintenance

• Oversee the implementation, installation, and commissioning of air conditioning systems, including chillers, package units, and central AC systems.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and effectively in all facilities by planning and executing maintenance schedules.

Regulation & Compliance

• Maintain compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations during all phases of HVAC system design and implementation.
• Obtain necessary approvals for electrical and HVAC system designs.
