Looking for an experienced HVAC Project Sales Engineer to generate leads, manage HVAC project sales, and build relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and develop new HVAC project sales opportunities (chillers, VRF/VRV, ducted splits, FCUs, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demos.
  • Work with design and estimation teams on proposals, quotes, and technical submissions.
  • Track and follow up on projects, tenders, and RFQs.
  • Stay updated on construction projects and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatari standards (QCS, Kahramaa, Ashghal).
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
