Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead, train, and manage HVAC technicians.

· Oversee HVAC system installations, repairs, and servicing.

· Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.

· Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues.

· Manage costs, materials, and equipment inventory.

· Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

· Coordinate with concerned Departments and address HVAC-related concerns.
