Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on HVAC units, including window ACs, split units, package units, AHUs (Air Handling Units), FCUs (Fan Coil Units), and FAHUs (Fresh Air Handling Units).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid system failures.
• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC units.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC units.
• Strong knowledge of various HVAC systems, including window ACs, split units, package units, AHUs, FCUs, and FAHUs.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC system issues efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC maintenance and repair are a plus
