4.5.17. Ability to work with Extreme switches
4.5.18. knowledge of diagnosing and fixing hardware issues on desktops, laptops, servers, and other such like printers, scanner and monitors...etc.
4.5.19. Knowledge in diagnosing and resolving issues related to operating systems (Windows, macOS).
4.5.20. Experience with commonly used software (Microsoft Office)
4.5.21. Experience with understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
4.5.22. Ability to troubleshoot network issues (physical problem, connection problems, bandwidth issues…etc.).
4.5.23. Knowledge of network hardware (routers and switches)
4.5.24. Ability to work with (Extreme, Huawei, HP and cisco switches)
4.5.25. Ability to work with managing and troubleshooting Windows Server and desktop OS versions (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022).
4.5.26. Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management
4.5.27. Proficiency with remote desktop support tools for diagnosing and fixing remote user issues.
4.5.28. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
4.5.29. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
4.5.30. Ability to work well within a team environment, collaborating with other IT staff to resolve issues and implement solutions
