- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection machines and molds.
- Conduct mold changes, set-ups, and adjustments based on production requirements.
- Ensure the quality of products by monitoring and adjusting machine parameters as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and materials to ensure timely availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
- Work closely with production teams to meet production schedules and resolve any technical issues.
- Record and report machine performance data, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during operations.
