We are seeking a creative E learning designer & Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and selling engaging eLearning courses with proven experience working in the Saudi Arabia market. The ideal candidate combines strong e learning development expertise with the ability to build strong client relationships and work with aggressive business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
E learning Development
Design and develop eLearning modules from concept to delivery.
Working with storyboards, scripts, and visuals aligned with learning objectives.
Develop courses using Articulate 360, Vyond, PowerPoint, and video editing tools.
Design and edit visuals using Canva and Photoshop.
Ensure all content is instructionally sound, visually appealing, and SCORM-compliant.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
Design content tailored for multilingual (Arabic) and culturally diverse learners.
Promote and sell the company’s eLearning solutions and digital training products.
Identify and pursue business opportunities within Saudi Arabia, including corporate, government, and educational sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and training managers across KSA.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable eLearning solutions.
Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to KSA market growth.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences in Saudi Arabia.
