- Degree in Interior Design & Architecture

- Experience developing effective layouts that optimize space usage, ensuring functionality and flow

- Experience researching and selecting appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes

- Experience collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design execution and compliance

- Experience creating visual presentations and mood boards to communicate design ideas

- Experience producing detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings

- Proficiency in CAD or Revit software to create precise and accurate drawings

- Experience working closely with interior designers and architects to understand design intent

- Experience preparing and maintaining documentation for materials, finishes, and furnishings

- Experience assisting in coordinating project timelines and milestones

- Experience participating in site visits to gather information and take measurements

- 2 years of experience in interior design
