Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Investment Planner/Advisor to develop a comprehensive investment plan for municipal building stock as part of the Municipal Facilities Enhancement Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment planning and financial analysis, particularly within the construction or industrial sectors.

• Develop acomprehensive investment plan for municipal building stock in Hail, Saudi Arabia, aligned with market demands and government policies.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify investment opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors.
• Perform risk analysis and financial feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that could impact investment outcomes.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and managing investment plans for building stock or similar infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market, particularly the construction, building
