Roles & Responsibilities

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective maintenance of our internal IT infrastructure. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring that hardware, software, and network systems function seamlessly across the company:

• Oversee and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity systems

• Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the organization

• Conduct system installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance

• Ensure data backup systems are reliable and implement effective cybersecurity protocols

• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues

• Liaise with third-party vendors for IT support and procurement

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and software licenses

• Deliver user training and internal support to ensure efficient use of IT resources
