In this role, you will be responsible for:

Supporting the IT infrastructure of the organization to ensure the constant availability, efficiency and security, and stability of IT systems.

You are required to follow the direction of your immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company’s policies, standards, and procedures, which form the organization’s quality management system.

The operational responsibilities of this position are:

1. Responding to technical issues from customers, end-users of computers, and software applications

2. Setting up and installing new hardware and software for employees

3. Managing different Server and PC Operating Systems ( Windows 7/8 and 10 and Windows server 2008, 2012, 2016)

4. Conduct User on-boarding /off-boarding process

5. Perform maintenance updates on OS and applications

6. Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults

7. Maintaining inventories of hardware and software

8. Managing backups of servers and applications

9. Managing the purchasing of all softwares, hardwares, and other IT supplies

10. Maintain IT department process documentation

11. Coordinate with external parties such as service providers, telecom companies, and vendors for resolving the issues.

In addition to the above, you will be expected to complete any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
