Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and hiring top IT talent, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet business needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, etc.)
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
- Negotiate salary, notice periods, and offers with selected candidates
- Maintain candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential IT candidates for future requirements
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and related documentation
