Roles & Responsibilities
Ghassan Aboud Group is an international conglomerate engaged in several key business sectors including Automotive, Retail, FMCG, Media, Hospitality, Logistics, Healthcare, Facilities management, Catering, and Digital Marketplaces. The group is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates and is complemented by offices in Australia, Belgium, Turkey, and Jordan.
- Lead the IT Service Delivery and support functions across all locations and businesses
- Manage team rotations to ensure consistent support coverage to the business across all locations
- Owner of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring accurate reporting and pro - actively initiating service improvement activities when required.
- Work closely with the Applications and IT infrastructure teams on problem management and change management
- Design and implement SLA's and KPI's along with peers in IT and business representatives
- Manage and lead IT Service Desk, IT asset, license management, and IT Service Catalogue
