The ideal candidate will have an understanding and passion for jewelry and how it can be best styled in different ways. They will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience for clients. They should possess a deep knowledge of fine jewelry, exceptional sales skills, and a commitment to building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide personalized service to each customer by offering expert advice and guidance on jewelry selection.
• Guide clients on different ways to style jewelry pieces based on their fashion and style preferences.
• Model and style jewelry pieces for clients to help them with purchase decisions.

Sales and Performance:

• Maintain and improve knowledge of latest fashion trends and how they can be incorporated for the company’s products.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the products, including gemstones, metals, designs, and craftsmanship.

Organizational Support:

• Assist in product merchandising and ensure displays are visually appealing and well styled.
• Provide feedback and ideas on how to improve customer experience visually with regards to product styling.
