• Operate and maintain Gallus LM 440 UV flexographic printing presses. • Ensure consistent print quality, registration, and color accuracy throughout production runs. • Perform color matching and color adjustments according to client specifications and Pantone standards. • Handle and print on a variety of substrates including filmic materials, self-adhesive labels, and shrink sleeve materials. • Set up printing jobs including plates, inks, anilox rolls, sleeves, and substrates. • Troubleshoot printing issues related to ink flow, curing, registration, and substrate behavior. • Work closely with quality control teams to maintain high production standards. • Perform routine maintenance and ensure optimal press performance. • Follow all safety and production procedures within the facility.
