Serving as the point of contact for customers which includes attending to all customer queries/enquiries/orders and coordinating the matters between the customers and production/operations staff.
Maintaining customer records, order records and operational records.
Visiting customers as and when required.
Supporting the routine Finance related activities such as handling petty cash, maintaining the basic revenue and cost records and following up on the receivables.
Taking minutes of management meetings and following up on action points.
Administering the communication platforms of the top management.
Handling the QHSE and general administration aspect of the organization.
Handling all general administrative tasks of the organization.
