Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction QA/QC documents (ITP/Procedures).

Perform QA/QC inspections on instrumentation and control systems at all project phases (incoming material inspection, installation, pre-commissioning).

Witness and verify calibration, loop checks, and functional tests of field instruments and control systems.

Ensure installation and testing activities comply with project quality plans and KOC and International (standards and Hookups)(e.g., IEC, ISA, ISO, API).

Support the development and implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.

Prepare QA/QC reports, punch lists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality issues.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to QA/QC activities and audits.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quantity verification.

Participate in internal quality audits and ensure compliance with quality systems and procedures.

Assist in the preparation and review of material submittals, material certificates and applicable certificates (SIL, HAZARDOUS) and QA/QC documentation for handover dossiers.
