- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training sessions to staff and site workers
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules
- Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure timely certification renewals
- Support on-site safety audits and inspections in coordination with the client’s HSE team
- Promote awareness of occupational hazards and safe working practices
- Assist in incident investigations by providing training insights where necessary
- Ensure that all safety training aligns with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Report regularly on training progress and employee participation
