Roles & Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to carry out the full scope of activities and processes in terms with sales budget, market analysis, sales data management which in order to provide an excellent service to the sales team and other internal customers. The role will be as well in assisting to provide services that will indirectly enhance the service received by customers and increase the overall productivity.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs
• Assist operation lead in developing and reviewing sales budget and forecasting report.
• Monthly preparation of Sales Force Targets (Channel wise, Area wise, Route wise & Product wise).
• Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity.
• Monthly preparation of group brand performance analysis for YTD comparisons
.• Monthly preparation of product and area wise Sales Ratio analysis & Contribution analysis report.
• Concluding commission file on monthly basis for sales team.
• Coordination with Marketing for sales activities.
• Support Modern Trade team and Trade Marketing with figures analysis.
