We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our growing team in Dubai, with a strong focus on the solar tracker segment .The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business development, managing strategic accounts, and fostering long-term partnerships with EPCs, developers, utilities, and government entities across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders particularly in the solar tracker space.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the MENA region, focusing on utility-scale and C&I solar projects.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver customized solar tracker solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals, RFQs, and tender responses.
• Lead contract negotiations and oversee post-sales support in coordination with internal teams.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and network.
