- Sales and distribution Target achievement
- Ability to budget and audit (Sales planning cycles and RTM strategy development experience)
- Management of Trade spend budgets, to ensure optimum ROI
- Key account Management and negotiate BDAs for assigned customers
- Stock management including forecast, expert product knowledge and customer operations
- Sales review with Customers, partners and team
- Receivables management and account reconciliation
- Regular review of all market activities vis-à-vis competitor activities, category trends, industry shifts and trends
- Development of new/ alternate customer/ channels
- Contribute in delivering / bettering the profitability of the unit by increasing efficiency and productivity of the team
- Excellent ability on team management and people development including training needs identification
