Job Brief :Shuraa is seeking a skilled and certified Laser Technician to join our state-of-the-art aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional laser treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high safety standards. Job Objective: To provide safe, effective, and client-focused laser treatments using advanced aesthetic technologies, contributing to the clinic's reputation as a leader in the field of aesthetic care. The Laser Technician will uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ensure client trust and satisfaction in all treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laser treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, and other cosmetic procedures as per client needs.

• Conduct thorough consultations to assess client requirements and explain treatment options, potential outcomes, and care plans.

• Ensure all laser equipment is used in compliance with safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.

• Maintain accurate client records, including consent forms, treatment logs, and progress notes.

• Educate clients about post-treatment care and recommend appropriate skincare products or regimens.

• Stay updated with the latest laser technologies, techniques, and industry trends.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Laser Technician in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic.

• Mandatory DHA Laser hair reduction license.

• Certification in laser technology from a recognized institution.

• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and suitable treatment protocols.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on client safety and satisfaction.

• Proficiency in maintaining client confidentiality and upholding professional ethics.

• Familiarity with advanced laser machines and devices is preferred.
