Responsible for leading the Flawless and QA/QC effort in the CONTRACTOR’s area of

responsibility.

b) Must have more than 15 years’ experience in maintenance work in the Petrochemical,

Petroleum Refining or Power Generation industry.

c) Minimum 5 years in (QA/QC lead position) Turnaround and Maintenance services.

d) Must have a sound understanding of how a QA/QC structure with embedded lessons learnt

can provide the foundations of Flawless Turnaround Execution.

e) Must be able to read, write and speak English (IELTS 8 Equivalent)

f) Must be able to work with computers utilising Microsoft Windows and Office suite of

packages.

g) Must have a diploma or equivalent in QA/QC Management and working knowledge of ISO

9001-2015.

h) Must be capable of managing and executing QA/QC audits & Quality Plan.

i) Must be capable of developing and interpreting the QA/QC related procedures and guidelines

and actively pursue all staff to adhere to the QA/QC standards.

J)Must be capable of training staff in QA/QC procedures.

k) Must be able to develop reporting for QA/QC statistics, and KPIs.

l) Must be familiar with the different welding techniques and its quality requirements and

Welding approval procedures.

m) Working knowledge of NDT requirements for Petrochemical or Power Generation industry.

n) Must have working knowledge of AWS, ASME and ANSI codes.

o) Preferably have experience in facilitation of Root Cause Analysis.

p) Must be capable to identify flaw mitigation and provide effective plan to implement the same.

q) Capable to develop and implement the Flawless Turnaround program throughout the

execution process.

r) Must have Basic knowledge about painting and insulation.

s) Must be proficient in Flange management process and tightening techniques.

t) Must have sound knowledge in client DEPs.

u) Must have bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

v) Preference to have Strong Mechanical background with all round knowledge of other

disciplines such as Civil – E&I etc.
