- Lead and manage construction quality activities across all disciplines (civil, mechanical, piping, E&I).
- Develop and implement construction quality plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
- Oversee and coordinate with QA/QC teams, contractors, and site inspectors.
- Ensure all construction work meets project specifications and international standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues and manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Support audits, quality reporting, and interface with clients and project management.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior QA/QC personnel.
