Develop innovative lighting concepts and design strategies for various project types. Prepare lighting layouts, calculations, specifications, and visual renderings. Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, consultants, and designers throughout all project phases. Manage projects from concept through construction and ensure alignment with design intent. Review technical drawings, conduct site visits, and provide on-site design guidance. Participate in client meetings and deliver design presentations. Support and guide junior team members as needed.
