To assist Production Supervisors in all situations and taking full responsibility of finished product, labelling and re-work material on line

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with shift supervisors and F.G.Controllers to have the right information in preparing labels for each item to be produced in production.
• Plan in advance the required job order to be run with instruction for the F.G.packers to avoid confusion in production.
• Take complete control over the F.G.packers and facing operator as not to have misunderstanding but to work as one team to have better end results.
• Maintain cleanliness in forming hood waste wool accumulation and to clean with high pressure pump the forming flights and curing oven flights blockages whenever possible, to reduce rejections percentage
• Responsible for line area cleanliness, packaging material arrangements, roll up machine operation and to be the support for facing operation process.
• Responsible for re-work task and all the instructions provided by the Supervisor to carry out.
• To make sure of the facing material on the shop floor and report to the foremen of unavailability.
• Report to maintenance and electrical the abnormalities of equipments if any during shift working hours to avoid any breakdowns specially during the absence of supervisors on line.
• Responsible in fixing PE for roll-up machine functions every one hours or less as per the speed and to monitor its feed abnormalities time to time basis.
• 5S and EHS awareness to be passed on to all F.G.Packers on day to day basis and maintain
• Responsible in maintaining all the notice board documents.
