Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure new property listings in Abu Dhabi

• Build strong relationships with property owners and investors

• Conduct property valuations and market analysis

• Negotiate listing agreements and secure exclusive mandates

• Maintain continuous communication with property owners

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure properties are properly marketed and sold

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate listing in Abu Dhabi

• Strong understanding of the local property market

• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with property owners

• Experience in securing exclusive listings

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• UAE driving license preferred
