Responsible for managing customs clearance and logistics operations for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with Saudi customs laws and smooth dispatch across local, GCC, and export markets.
Calculate and process customs duties, tariffs, and taxes; arrange timely payments.
Prepare and submit Bills of Entry (BOE), import/export documents, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Coordinate inspections, approvals, and documentation with customs authorities and related agencies.
Enter shipment details in customs portals; cross-check data with physical documents.
Liaise with government officials, clients, vendors, and transporters to expedite clearance and delivery.
Prepare Arabic invoices, translate and verify documents, and issue loading permissions.
Manage import/export codes, gate passes, and port cards; renew before expiry.
Collect CAN, DO, and other shipping documents; settle payments with commercial teams.
Plan and supervise dispatches based on customer requirements; negotiate freight rates and arrange transport.
Maintain logistics reports (DTS, MDR), track shipments, and update SAP systems.
Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance in transportation and distribution.
Share latest customs rules and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Managing other work related to visas, employment, permits, and coordinating with the government agencies in KSA.
