We are hiring experienced Machine Operators for a leading paper manufacturing company in the UAE. This role is open to international candidates, and a visa will be provided for selected applicants. The operators will be responsible for handling various machines within the paper production process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain the assigned paper manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products and making necessary adjustments.
- Follow safety procedures and company regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain records of production output, machine efficiency, and any mechanical issues.
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to optimize machine performance.
- Handle raw material feeding, machine calibration, and waste management as per the production requirements.
