Will oversee all maintenance-related tasks, including cleanliness, electrical, civil works, and more. They will coordinate through Camp Bosses to address maintenance needs and manage all staff accommodation premises across the UAE.

• Ensure all facilities adhere to the facilities policy and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  Plan and forecast additional equipment requirements as needed.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment of bills related to leases, utilities, and other facility expenses.
• Educate employees residing in facilities about the rules and safety protocols.
• Supervise Camp Bosses, Accommodation Officers, or other personnel responsible for individual facilities.
• Optimize facility operations and ensure timely lease renewals.
