Job Purpose:

The job holder will be responsible for the development and execution of data-driven strategies and initiatives to elevate and deliver outstanding customer experience at all touch points within the Company and achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct data analysis to extract meaningful insights and patterns from large datasets for strategic decision-making.
• Utilize statistical methods and data modeling techniques to identify trends and anomalies for optimized performance.
• Leverage data analysis and visualization tools to extract actionable insights, optimize processes, and drive informed decision-making within the organization for enhanced business outcomes.
• Assist in data cleansing, transformation, and integration to maintain data quality, ensuring reliable and trustworthy information for accurate analysis and confident decision-making.
• Serve as subject matter expert for business data and analytics in support of business initiatives
• Develop standardized reporting templates and automate recurring reports and create clear and informative data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and gather relevant data.
• Manage small to medium-sized data analytics projects from initiation to completion and coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Ensure that data handling and analysis practices comply with relevant data privacy regulations and company policies.
• Support in the evaluation and implementation of new analytics tools and technologies. Identify areas for process optimization and recommend improvements across various business functions.
• Prepare relevant reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and data science.
