We are looking for a Manager Business Development role with a global premium and high end serviced office / Office space provider - Dubai ,UAE

Responsibilities and requirements for the role will include;

NOTE -- UAE Experience is Mandatory

Industry - Hostels/ Hospitality / Real Estate - From 5star Properties

Sales & Marketing

• Develop client and potential client relationships.

• Have a strong knowledge of the commercial real estate, office and serviced office market (preferably but not a pre-requisite) you work in.

• Understand the full sales cycle from prospecting, pre-vetting leads, site inspections to signing new business.

• Good written and spoken communication to engage with prospective and existing clients.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

• Creative thinker, who can identify new and innovative ways to onboard new business.

• Engage with key introducers, brokers and licensing authority.

• Create and implement pre-opening marketing plan with your peers and leadership team.

• Actively participate in networking events and functions

• Provide operational support and work closely with operations team.
