Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.
Oversee and manage BIM workflows, processes, and standards across disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, etc.).
Lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitating collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Supervise the creation, integration, and maintenance of BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
Ensure model accuracy, clash detection, and issue resolution using tools like Navisworks, Solibri, or similar.
Support teams in the use of BIM software tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and more.
Manage and enforce quality control procedures for BIM deliverables.
Collaborate with project and IT teams to manage BIM infrastructure, software, licenses, and hardware resources.
Deliver training and support to BIM coordinators, technicians, and project teams.
Stay up-to-date with BIM technologies, industry trends, and international standards (e.g ISO 19650).
Contribute to digital innovation by exploring tools like Dynamo, Grasshopper, Twin motion, and cloud collaboration platforms. Lead and oversee the BIM process across all project phases, from concept to handover.
