Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Manpower Specialist with a strong focus on blue-collar recruitment in the construction industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in managing the recruitment and manpower needs of construction projects within the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects and play a key role in the workforce planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the recruitment process for blue-collar workers across a range of construction roles, including laborers, technicians, and skilled tradespeople
-Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to understand labor requirements for ongoing and upcoming construction projects
-Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of blue-collar construction roles
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer management and onboarding
-Maintain strong relationships with labor agencies, job boards, and recruitment channels to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates
-Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet the demands of ongoing and future projects
-Monitor labor trends in the UAE and construction market to advise on hiring strategies and recruitment best practices
-Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visas, and other relevant regulations during the hiring process
-Track recruitment metrics, report on progress, and ensure recruitment goals are met in a timely manner
