Description
• Lead and manage the corporate branding and promotion of the Group.
• Lead and manage marketing campaigns and collaterals to achieve better client
engagement.
• Assist the Business Development (BD) team in overview and updating of project tender
records and relevant databases.
Responsibilities
• Manage all corporate digital and traditional media platforms including but not limited to - Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Newspapers, Magazines etc.
• Lead all content creating initiatives for the organization. Required to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders for material collation required for generating marketing content.
• Develop marketing collaterals – corporate presentation slides, major project list,
brochures, posters, advertisement materials/etc from conceptualization through to production.
• Lead and organize all marketing campaigns:
- Corporate events such as contract signing ceremonies, ground-breaking ceremonies, annual golf competition etc
- Corporate gifts
- Festive gifts for clients – Hampers, mooncakes, chocolates etc
• Maintain and update corporate branding to current trends and requirements. Ensure
uniformity and compliance to corporate branding guidelines across all business units and overseas subsidiaries.
• Plan & organise the annual corporate planning workshops for the organization.
• Assist BD General Manager in planning & managing the department budget.
• Responsible for the BD department’s compliance to company’s IMS system for ISO
requirements. This includes carrying out annual customer satisfaction surveys & collating the results for management review.
• Registration/renewal of licenses for Rotary Engineering HQ – BCA/SSSS/etc
• Undertake market research (in house or outsource) to keep the management abreast of latest market and industry trends.
• Evaluate the findings of market research; assess the viability of alternative market segment for growth and make recommendations to the BD GM.
· Weekly news scan and media highlights for internal circulation
· Work closely with BD team to identify and evaluate new markets for core service offerings, and other development and marketing partnership opportunities.
· Ensure customer retention and satisfaction for repeat jobs.
