JOB PURPOSE:

Work directly with the Marketing Services Manager to help support the sales efforts related to securing opportunities from new clients and new markets by using research and analytical tools and to attend meetings and events.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Conduct research to uncover potential new leads and/or emerging markets
• Create the data base of Research history in sales force
• Research, prospect and qualify new business opportunities utilizing internal and external databases, directories and resources
• Maintain timely, accurate and uniform documentation of all sales records in the CRM system
• Work alongside Business Analyst
• Responsible for presenting data in charts, graphs, tables or other formats for Management or stakeholder presentations
• Maintain research on competitive destinations regarding product inventory, marketing and sales strategies
• Advocate on behalf of the company with external stakeholders and meeting professionals across all communications channels.
• Have a keen understanding of the Company’s mission, vision and goals and the National Plans of the target countries, including key initiatives, quick wins and timelines
• Demonstrate a complete commitment to the goals and mission of the company
• Represent the company professionally at company and client sponsored events
• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Perform other related duties, special projects and assignments as required
