Job Title: Marketing & Consulting Sales Engineer

Should be based in Dubai working on KSA projects with consultant.
About the Role A leading HVAC engineering solutions provider in the Middle East is seeking a Marketing & Consulting Engineer to drive consultant engagement and strategic product specification across the KSA and UAE markets.
This role is critical in influencing early-stage project designs by positioning HVAC air distribution solutions with MEP consultants, engineering firms, and design offices. The ideal candidate combines strong HVAC technical expertise with consultant-focused marketing and specification management experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultant Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, designers, and specification teams.
Secure product inclusion in Preferred Vendor Lists (PVL) and project specifications.
Conduct technical meetings and design discussions to obtain approvals.
Coordinate leadership-level meetings to strengthen strategic partnerships.
Monitor projects during the design phase to achieve early specification positioning.
Expedite consultant approvals of technical submittals.
Act as the primary interface for products across all consultant-driven projects.
2. Sustainability & Product Portfolio Focus
Drive specification and promotion of energy-efficient HVAC and building solutions.
Ensure compliance with local sustainability and energy regulations.
Conduct technical presentations for consultants and FM companies.
Coordinate with OEM principals for product selections, approvals, and technical compliance.
Identify retrofit and project-based opportunities to expand market presence.
3. Product Promotion & Business Development
Coordinate with sales teams for project follow-ups and provide technical support on complex HVAC and sustainability solutions.
Assist in prequalification submissions and government registrations (including energy and industrial sector entities).
Maintain structured documentation of consultants, projects, and opportunities.
Participate in industry forums (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, technical exhibitions) to enhance brand visibility.
Conduct internal and external product presentations, CPDs, and technical seminars for consultants and FM companies.
4. Strategic Marketing & Digital Presence
Contribute to digital marketing initiatives targeting consultants and engineering firms.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Ensure visibility and engagement of products and solutions across digital platforms
