We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist whose primary KPI is Sales Growth. You will be responsible for managing our paid advertising budget across Meta and Snapchat, and executing a high-conversion retention strategy via WhatsApp and Email.

This is not a "content creation" role; it is a "Performance" role. You will use our existing high-end assets to drive traffic to our Shopify store and maximize the lifetime value of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meta Ads Management (Instagram & Facebook):

    • Set up and optimize conversion-focused campaigns (Advantage+ Shopping, Catalog Sales).

    • Manage Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences using our Shopify customer data.

    • Perform A/B testing on ad copy and creative to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

  • Snapchat Marketing:

    • Manage Snap Ads Manager to reach the local GCC/Emirati demographic.

    • Drive high-quality traffic to the website during peak shopping seasons and exhibitions.

  • Email Marketing & Automation:

    • Design and execute high-converting email campaigns (newsletters, new product launches, and seasonal offers).

    • Build and optimize automated "flows" including Abandoned Cart, Welcome Series, and Restock Reminders.

    • Segment the email database to deliver personalized offers to VIP collectors.

  • WhatsApp Sales & Retargeting:

    • Execute a WhatsApp marketing calendar using our database of 500+ existing customers.

    • Use personalized messaging to drive restocks and new launch sales.

    • Liaise with customers to close sales using Zina payment links.

  • Shopify Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor Shopify's "Sales by Traffic Source" and "Returning Customer Rate."

    • Provide weekly reports on Ad Spend vs. Revenue (ROAS) across all channels.
