- Masonry Work: Perform bricklaying, block laying, and stone setting according to project specifications.
- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying mortar or adhesives
- Repairs & Maintenance: Repair and maintain existing masonry structures as required.
- Tools and Materials Handling: Safely handle and maintain masonry tools and equipment; ensure proper use of cement, sand, gravel, and other construction materials.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed to required quality standards and in compliance with design specifications and company procedures.
- Safety Compliance: Follow company safety guidelines and wear protective equipment while working.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other construction workers to ensure timely project completion.
- Tool & Equipment Care: Maintain masonry tools and report any equipment issues for repair or replacement.
- 2–3 years of proven work experience as a Mason in construction or facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of both structural and decorative masonry works.
