Create and modify mechanical drawings using AutoCAD or other software as built drawings, and MEP coordination drawings including HVAC, plumbing& drainage, firefighting, MEP& RCP coordination, builders work, Electrical, Isometrics, Schematics, other MEP drawing, and Road- UGN layouts.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure designs are accurate and feasible
Produce detailed specifications for manufacturers and construction teams
Ensure all drawings adhere to company and industry standards
Revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients
Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions
Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss project requirements
Identify and troubleshoot design issues
Ensure all designs are completed within deadlines and budget constraints
Continuously update knowledge of industry advancements and new software
