Design & Installation Support: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of ductile iron piping systems (1000mm diameter and above) for water transmission and distribution projects.
Project Management: Coordinate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of pipe installations, including managing resources, schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and ADDC requirements.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on material specifications, welding techniques, fittings, and installation methods specific to ductile iron pipes.
Quality Control: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant safety standards, engineering codes, and quality control processes. Conduct inspections and testing of pipes and joints to verify performance.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot any installation issues related to the mechanical components and ductile iron piping systems, offering solutions to prevent delays or system failures.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation and reports for all installation and maintenance work, including material certifications, testing reports, and compliance with ADDC regulations.
Collaboration: Liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
