Job Description:

We are seeking a proficient Mechanical Engineer - Projects Coordination specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and HVAC systems to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry, with strong project coordination skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the mechanical engineering aspects of MEP and HVAC installations in interior fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review technical drawings, project specifications, and design plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor project timelines and progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources needed for MEP and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with project specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the on-site team, addressing any challenges in MEP and HVAC installations.
• Prepare detailed project reports, schedules, and documentation to track progress and ensure all project milestones are achieved.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and ensure project satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in MEP, HVAC, and interior fit-out project coordination.
• Strong understanding of MEP and HVAC systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to project challenges.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to MEP and HVAC installations.
• Immediate availability to join and contribute to ongoing projects.
